2. DEFINITIONS
LAW: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers,
REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts,
GOODS/SERVICES: PPF (Paint Protection Film)/Vinyl wrapping applications, detailing liquid products, and other automotive accessories subject to the purchase.
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered by the BUYER electronically through the SELLER's website.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTIONS
The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days. However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- PPF and Vinyl Wrapping: Custom-made applications or films cut specifically for the vehicle at the BUYER's request are considered "personalized goods/services" and are non-refundable.
- Liquid Detailing Products: Liquid cleaning and maintenance products with opened caps, broken seals, or used contents cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations.
- Packaging and Security: Products with damaged packaging, broken security seals, or deformed original forms will not be accepted for return.
12. PPF / VINYL APPLICATION AND TECHNICAL INTERVENTION TERMS
Application Method: PPF application is performed via pre-cut templates or on-vehicle cutting based on customer request. Maximum care is taken during on-vehicle cutting; however, for minor unintended scratches with a depth not exceeding 1mm (not catching a fingernail) and a length not exceeding 3cm, no claim for loss of value can be made. If requested, Garage in House will repair such scratches free of charge.
Disassembly and Assembly: During application, parts such as door handles, taillights, logos, emblems, and headlights may need to be removed. Disassembly is performed according to factory instructions. Garage in House is responsible for standard disassembly. However, the BUYER shall bear all costs and responsibility for parts that break or are damaged due to prior unauthorized or improper intervention/repair on the vehicle.
Mandatory Inspection: For PPF or vinyl wrapping services, the vehicle must return for a mandatory inspection 15 days after the application date. Any application deficiencies are corrected during this inspection. Garage in House accepts no responsibility or warranty liability for vehicles that do not return for inspection within the 15-day period.
13. DELIVERY AND RESPONSIBILITY
For application services, the BUYER is responsible for the transportation of the vehicle to and from the SELLER. For physical products, the BUYER is obliged to inspect the package upon delivery by the courier.
14. AUTHORIZED COURT
In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul, Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. EFFECTIVENESS
By completing the payment, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all application and return conditions stated in this agreement.
