Physical Product Shipping
We implement a fast and secure packaging process for detailing products and accessories purchased from our online store:
- Processing Time: Products in stock are typically packed and delivered to the courier within 24 hours following payment confirmation.
- Packaging Standards: Liquid products and fragile equipment are packed with boutique standards using special protective materials to prevent leaks and breakage.
Authorized Shipping Partners
To ensure your orders reach you in the safest way possible, we work with leading domestic and international logistics companies. Your shipments are mainly dispatched through the following providers:
Shipping is provided via Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, DHL Express, or Sürat Kargo, depending on the most suitable option for your region.
Tracking and Notification
As soon as your order is shipped, a Tracking Number will be sent to your registered email address or phone number. You can track your package in real-time on the respective courier company's website using this number.
PPF and Vinyl Wrapping Procedures
Application services (PPF coating, color change, etc.) are not subject to shipping. For these services, you must deliver your vehicle to our center in Tuzla, Istanbul at the scheduled appointment time. The vehicle must be picked up from the same address upon completion.
Logistics Responsibility
All logistics responsibilities and costs during the delivery and collection of the vehicle to/from our center belong to the customer. For physical products sent by courier, customers are kindly requested to inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage to the courier with a formal report (tutanak).
